The man is a well established Philadelphia Attorney and a Democrat who had supported Hillary Clinton.

It isn't some goofy issue. If you would read it isn't at all only his idea. Facts support the case and WHY is the DNC fighting it rather than just providing the documents?

Seems like that would be easy....I mean shouldn't it?
