There are retention guidelines for all these records -- I don't know if it is 3, 5, 7, 10 years, or permanent.

But if there is nothing damaging there WHY DOESN'T HE ALLOW THEM TO BE DISCLOSED? He has already admitted doing coke, we know he was a remarkable student, I just don't see that there is any harm done in knowing the facts when there is precious little information available on his history.
