This is Republican TAX and STEAL. Dubya has done his job well. He is laughing all the way to the bank.

Grover Norquist is wondering if $11 Trillion in debt is tantamount to making government so small (can't spend money, can't raise money, can't do anything) that he can try drowning it in his bathtub before the year is out.
