You look like a real genius now don't you! of course i do. amd says they're fully covered, intel says they have doubts and fully protect their ip rights which is exactly the situation everyone here has been assuming. do you think you have obtained any evidence from intel pr effort? did you think they would say anything but "we have concerns about this deal"? you contributed nothing to the discussion. amd claims they've fully investigated the deal wrt legal issues and they're covered and intel has concerns. big whoop. amd sued intel for abusing its monopoly. now intel may sue amd for violating license agreements and then amd may sue for restraint of trade. i don't see you contributing any added value to this discussion other than "bad amd, good intel" bs.
