OK, I got a little excited when I saw IOM go up by more than 1/16 in less than an hour. I have been expecting a good pop when and if we get revisions. There are some large blocks trading however, and it has reached 27 5/8. I think a move to low to mid 30's is inevitable and I will not change my position, unless I add to it, till we get there.
