I'm afraid you are the one not seeing the big picture. If what you claimed were correct, then AMD just went out of business. Duping the Arabs would be beside the point, they would have had to dupe themselves.

I've been following AMD for 25 years. They challenged Intel to sue them in the past when they were on the brink of going out of business. I suspect this is the same thing. They are doomed otherwise so they have nothing to lose.

But your claims that they either violated the agreement or duped the Arabs is nonsense based on the available information.

They either violated the agreement or withheld the tiny little detail that they may very well lose their x86 license. Neither of us know which.
