Err..., anyone can own 49.9% of AMD and it does not change who AMD is, so why would it change the definition of a subsidiary of AMD?

The agreement description posted was wrt to what constitutes a subsidiary of AMD, it says nothing about who owns what fraction of AMD itself in relationship to that definition. If Intel decides after the fact that they should have thought about that problem, too bad.
