It sure is, but that does not mean an up market tomorrow or
the bottom. News are always bad at the bottom, it's true,
but headlines can keep being bad for some time. For example,
the housing meltdown headlines, including all the cover
magazine pictures of melted down houses, were there a few
years ago, and housing is still melting down today. I think it's a myth
that once the headline is there, markets turn. But you can BET
that when the bottom arrives it will be ugly, and they will
pick some ugly cover story from "the bottom" for future
generations. Doesn't work as a trading signal <g>
