No reflection on the two lawfirms you said could "help". I'm sure they are fine, upstanding citizens.

Some lawyers will sue anyone for anything. They are called "ambulance chasers." Some of them specialize in suing any company who's share price drops. All they need is a sucker shareholder who doesn't realize that it is the lawyer who gets the money, not the shareholder.

The recent popularity of shareholder lawsuits has already had a negative impact on shareholders. Companies are less willing to give forward looking estimates for fear of a lawsuit. Expenses related to defending the suit come off the company's bottom line. The only people that profit are the lawyers and the short sellers.

At a recent price of $4, isn't it about time to cover your shorts and move on to another issue? It can't go much below $3.25... or can it?
