Questions:

What does the cross license mean? After 2010 is AMD not allowed to product x86 parts? Or did they reverse engineer it and are allowed to do that?

Why would Intel renew the license?

The limit is 30% of profit/loss as stated two different ways. No problem going below 44% as long as it stays 30% or more.
