Bush's problem was not cutting taxes - it was failure to control spending. There is absolutely nothing in the coming Democratic all house government to think any spending constraints will be in place.

Not true--it's a fact the US treasury inevitably receives MORE net tax revenue rather than less as a result of a tax cut. Business owners have more capital to add new jobs, therefore instead of 15 employees paying taxes--you have 25 taxpayers. Ken, why do Democrats have a perennial blindspot on the invigorating economic effects of tax cuts?
