They must quit knuckling under to the opportunistic demonization of achievement, profit and free-market forces. Demonization of profit created the S&L mess, Enron and the current economic crisis? They must resist the patronizing pandering to "the middle class." Ah, yes... the middle class. Screw them. The country is better off with just rich and poor. They must oppose environmental Stalinists, who will destroy our way of life and our economy based on false, sensationalized and disputed science and who demonize anyone who challenges their orthodoxy. The world can continue to dump stuff into the atmosphere like cigar smokers in a closed room and nothing bad will happen? They must call down those who insist on pooh-poohing the terrorist threat and downplaying the essential moral distinction between the forces of good and evil in the world. Objecting to a gutting of the constitution is "pooh-poohing" the terrorist threat? "Moral distinction." "Good and evil." As defined by Jerry Falwell? They must protect our borders despite the dishonest charges of racism and nativism. Everyone but "conservatives" are calling for for opening up our boarders to anyone and everyone? Really? They must protect our Constitution from activist judges. Yup. Let judges impose "conservative" values on the rest of the population.
