At a different time 1993-4 ...the currency crisis in the Pound and Europe was huge, and option values were even bigger....

Here is my playbook.

We crash into friday with the Leh derivative mess being the final catalyst. A lot of press on how important an IR reduction is. IR reduction Monday morning before market opens with lots of money buying futes like mad. We have a solid 5 day rally into expiry. Then wave 5 of 3 hits and we test the recent lows. <g>
