Jamie's read MGM closed a 1.8 billion line of credit, but they're still not at what they need to finish City Center. He was buying a pad in the Madarin Oriental there, but wanted to wait till he saw if they could get final financing...

Land mass was too wide between me and the kids - back in Arizona.
Happily so, LA really is La La land, too many beautiful people for me.
Arizona's economy is so bad now the future is unforeseeable.
