For what it's worth, one of my vendors emailed yesterday that AMD is now delivering 45nm Opterons if I want to use them in my next order.

At this point, given the ultimate owner of the servers that I procure, I'm not sure I want to (or even would be able to) use such "Abu Dhabi" parts, going forward.

It will all depend on who controls the operations of the company.
