Didn't see that but am not surprised.

At any rate, he mentioned a grant application signed by Ayers in which the "purpose of the grant" was to take the focus off grades and academic performance and, quoting -- "to politically radicalize" students. The grant, for $50M I believe, actually said that. More amazing, he got it.

Ayers is politically connected in Chicago and is from a very wealthy family. I suspect he could have written anything and he would have had the pull to get the grant.

The Houston Chicago Annenberg Challenge was nothing like the Chicago program. Each major city's prgram one was different and independent.
