Agree. And with economics now, things change so fast, it's better to be less specific. On frugality, I didn't get my Obama-Biden T-Shirt yet.

when was the last time there truly was a tax and spend liberal elected to anything anyway. Even MA doesn't have tax and spend liberals anymore. I think the last one was actually Tip ONeill who I don't even remember. Howard Dean is a FISCAL CONSERVATIVE for crissakes. It is true that taxes were out of control in the 70s.. my dad was trying to run businesses at the time and it was impossible. But the republicans have been riding that same old "tax and spend liberal" train for 35 years now and the train was decommissioned about 20 years ago. Every "liberal" on the political scene now is actually a moderate by Reagan's standards. This Bush presidency was the zinger and the turning point thank god.
