[Volume wise we were pretty close to a tradable bottom. Does anyone have historical data? I don't think we have ever had a 10 billion share day on the NYSE, but that might be what it takes to confirm a tradable bottom.]

Edit: Not yet. We had 9.4 billion on September 17. We need that at least and maybe a bit more to confirm a bottom for me. We are close though. Remember it is only a tradable bottom. This kind of damage takes months to repair and it will be a slow rise. Financial lead this sell off down, it will be the last to recover. I am not sure what sectors broke down last, they will rally last. It may have been commodities stocks.
