So they lower the rate...who is incentivized ???

the borrowers have always been there, to endemic proportion.

Lenders will remain reluctant, it is not a rate issue to them.

Am I missing something...??? is it the rate to the lender ? making it easier to give away cheap money...???

The Financials should put in a bottom here. The general market should also but may need to retest the lows further down the road.

My stomach has been in a knot the last couple of days.
