If it wasn't for his military build up we wouldn't have been ready for the military challenges of this decade.

We had no military challenges this decade. And we won't have any in the next decade. It was wasted money.

BTW, who's controlled the House/Senate last four years?

Nobody, the Dems and Repubs were split evenly.
