Almost half of the complaints here would never have occurred if people bothered to find out
what they are doing before they run out and get in trouble, ie read the instructions and
disclaimers. Compare them to the other brokers instructions and disclaimers. Many other
complaints pop up claiming that Datek cheated them on a trade. When all that happened was that
their order was put in a que and was acted on when it got to the top. To bitch Datek screwed me
if I place a market order is ludicrous, Datek repeats over and over and over use limit orders. If
you want a stock that is trading at 37 1/2 but wouldn't be P.O.'d in a fast moving market to get it
at 38 1/2 place a limit at 38 1/2 at least you won't get stuck at 39 1/2. Limit orders don't have
to be placed in the spread you know.>>>

You bombastic, pendantic, arrogant fool!

Your ignorance is also showing this time. I'll wager I trade more often then you. So don't give me this crap about "not knowing" all the disclaimers. FALSE advertising is my point! e.g. "99% of trades are executed within 5 seconds". NO WAY!

Cyberstalker? If anything, you are the definitive cyberstalker. This is between the people and Datek. It has nothing to do with you. Stop stalking!

There is no reasoning with a moron like you.

Andy

"cyberstalker" Your funny Rodney. You apparantly are having a lot of fun at other peoples expense. The sad fact is that I come across Datek problems unintentionally, I guess there are just so many, they can't be avoided. So far I have never done a content search on Datek. Now that you bring it up, maybe everyone should. I think that it is a good idea to do that with any broker you trade with. I'm sure Datek and any other broker wants their clients to be informed. They got nothing to hide right?

I'm glad you admitted that your comments here give you preferential treatment with Datek, that is a kind of payment, right? Anyway, did you invest in TPRO, or are you just stalking me on that thread? (I liked your comment there though, it was helpfull.)
