If you want to blame Bush for something, well then his team's policies allowing the largest Fraud in the history of the world to grow from a mere acorn --- (by refusing to establish any rules or prudent regulations for these unregulated insurance contracts, Credit Default Swaps) --- is probably a lot closer to home:
