Mary Lou -

I thought today would be an auspicious time to post, as I have just begun my final chemo treatment today. I had infusions of several nasty things today, and am wearing a pump that will keep the infusion going until Friday afternoon. But after that, I am finished.

That means I will get to start feeling better within a few weeks.

Yay!

- Allen

Doctor types stomp the pearls.

No room for an open mind in most our country's medicine circles.

I had a stroke back in April.

Numb on the whole left side, although I could still move everything, my doctor didn't think it serious enough to merit physical therapy.

Skin sensation ok, but all the layers under it were mostly numb/asleep.

I walked in by myself, I walked out by myself, I'm one of the lucky ones.

I went alternative methods I pay for myself for recovery.

When I saw her last week she never even asked about it.

That about says it all imo.
