I warned this BB years ago about the real estate industry bringing everything down. What do I think? I think bailing people out of mortgages is ridiculous and the $700 billion bailout bill it like trying to stop a charging rhino with a pellet gun. Trying to prop up real estate prices is futile. Commercial will fall next. Gallows should be erected Outside Congress and on Wall Street. Actions accordingly. Present big party Presidential candidates don't get a pass. Replace them with Sturm and Ruger vs Smith and Wesson.
