This is the bottom coming in now.

Buy and hold youir nose.

Intel's earnings and guidance will reverse the price slide IMO.

Earnings and guidance will surprise most on a company specific basisi.

Vanguard Total Stock Market was up 39.5%, 53.9% and 70.1% over those three years following the 2002 market bottom. If the market were to bottom at 9k, three years later you would be at 15.3 given the results at the last bear bottom.
