I haven't heard "kill him" but I did hear "terrorist". There is nothing weird about that ("terrorist"); many people see that he is anti-American and his connections with terrorists and by extension, if he would associate with or harbor terrorists, well, draw your own conclusions. I would assume that anyone who made the kind of remark you have referred to would immediately be taken into custody by the Secret Service. While they (the SS) would not publicize such an apprehension, I believe it would have made the news.
