Thanks for your report - that was interesting.

Tobin's Q (adjusted to exclude financials) and Shillers 10 year average earnings both have good long term timing track records and both show S&P 500 to have fair (or at least equilibrium) value at 880:

I think a lot of money would start flowing into the market at that point.

OTOH Previous lows like the early 80s are about half that.
