>Take your best shot...<

Why bother? This stuff has been appropriately dissed and summarily dismissed thousands of time. COPY has no product and a techology that has no useful applications. They are eerie green light years behind the competition on anything useful.

Having a patent on something does not mean that the patent is of any value. However, I do encourage all the bulls to read the above (I did not bother) and buy, buy, buy! I have closed out half of my short position at a nice profit, but am counting on being able to short that back and more at higher prices. UNCLE TIM NEEDS YOU!

OK, I peeked at the last two paragraphs. Everyone knows by now that COPY does secondary, tertiary, quadriary?, etc., etc. offerings of stock by giving options to execs who then wait for the price to go higher, exercise, and immediately sell the stock. Nothing new here, although quite unique in the annals of financing. Denis is a pioneer (of what I do not know) for sure.

COPY does NOT lie. It holds out promises and allows gullible shareholders to dream. Somehow I guess it fulfills some need of their shareholders, otherwise it is hard to explain how they stay sucked in. Perhaps the only alternative for these shareholders is to attend UFO conventions, but Denis throws a better party. Judging by the age of some of the coots that showed up at the annual meeting, dreams of COPY may be the only thing keeping them alive.

Well, you piled it pretty deep, but I can't help but ask the simple question: If only a fraction of what you opine were true, why wouldn't the comany conduct live demos in the United States, at appropriate venues, and undergo industry scrutiny? Their lack of willingness to do so speakes volumes about the veracity of the letter you supposedly received from a COPY investor.

Regards,
Phil

>>Here is a copy of a letter that I received from a fellow Copytele investor. Just as I have done on other letters that I have posted here on this thread, I first must reiterate that I did not author this letter.<<

This is just the type of unfounded Internet hype that the SEC is investigating. This information purports to describe COPY's product, but in reality it's just rumors that even Copytele is afraid to put in their press releases.

Your purported letter is pure hype.
