A broker at a big league firm bought 950,000 RMIL in discretionary accounts? Better turn up your miracle ear if that is what you heard. That broker would need an act of congress.

Apparently, he just learned that another Everen broker, with discretion over his client accounts,just submitted a request for delivery of 950,000 shares of RMIL stock.
