"Fair is leaving people alone" I agree completely with that. UNfair is sending e-mails, letters, phone calls and advertisements to people that aren't sophisticated about finance and telling them they can BUY a home or REFINANCE the one they have without filling them in on the possible repercussions of their actions. I don't give a flyin' flip if I insult you or anybody else when I say that there are a LOT of people that didn't really understand what they were getting into when they bought or refinanced homes.
