Sidewalks don't cause rain.

"If MMG stock were doing badly and all the other similar junior mining stocks had been going straight up in price, then I would buy all the MMG specific grousing I see"

With a huge Capex requirement, MMG will beholden to the liquidity & credit. The outperformers as the world shifts to gold & silver (the anti-fiats), will be those that can produce it without a capex that exceeds what the investors are capable of raising without credit.

Mining companies are not fungible (not all interchangeable), which is what the market will discover as the price of silver & gold skyrocket in conjunction with a dearth of credit & liquidity.

Also go study what happened to base versus precious metal prices in the Great Depression. Gold skyrocketed, while base metals decreased greatly in price. At that time, we had an oversupply of silver in world, but now we have less silver than gold.
