The Continuity of Government "scheme" was plans for carrying on the government if a nuclear war occurred. Had nothing to do with Iran. North worked on the COG plans when he was in the NSC - but that was in the Reagan years, not the Ford adm. And the COG business had nothing to do with Iran. I can google where you're probably getting these weird charges and you are even misrepresenting or misunderstanding what the sites say. North didn't work for the Ford adm or the NSC during the Ford administration.
