DAC:

Postings like this make Cadence's case seem even stronger. You say "From what I know, the DA's evidence isn't as strong as they let on." Dude, are you a psychic or something? Where's your evidence, other than "the indicted principles I've spoken with." (If you do have ESP, could you tell us when the damn trials will start? And are the 49ers going to the Super Bowl this year?)

As far as the Silicon Valley is concerned, I'm here every day, and hear a lot of support for Cadence in this matter, where people are aware of the case(s). Sorry Mr. DAC, but many Corporate Officers are chilled by the implications if Avant! did do it and there are no severe consequences. Can you imagine how the shareholders of software companies must feel about protection of their core product assets?

Finally, this is not Hsu vs. Costello anymore. The distraction tactics are hopefully over. It is Cadence vs. Avant! in the civil case. Let the facts speak for themselves in a courtroom, not in Avant!'s public circus.

Anyone still shorting should really consider how much of this story is a matter of personalities between Costello and Hsu

DAC,

That's why I asked if the new CEO has made any statements about continuing with the legal initiatives, and PMylnar answered that during a conference call he said that he would.

>>>And the indicted principles I've spoken with are quite admament about their inocence. <<<

Ask any of the convicted felons in any penitentiary in the country and you'll find a lot of them are quite adamant about their innocence.

Sure there will be sympathies. It seems the slide-ruler was replaced by the copier.
