Not the same, you are comparing apples and oranges.

Different subject--------is ACORN a religion-----I guess some would call it the cult of Obama.

Since you brought up the subject of religious establishments------do you know whether or not the Rev. Wright's church that Obama attended for 20 years is a tax exempt organization?

Catholic Church and other similar organizations from tax exempt to what they are - political action committees Once a priest or minister preaches from the pulpit how to vote, end their favored tax status.

And while we shame ACORN, lets reclassify the Catholic Church and other similar organizations from tax exempt to what they are - political action committees.

Great, let's start with a certain church in Chicago....

There's a rather large difference here unless I missed it somewhere,,,,churches don't bribe people to vote for a certain candidate, ACORN does.

The fact that the organization is corrupt to the bone and gets it's support from types like the Sandlers and Soros says it all.

I can't even agree with ACORNs mission. I don't believe that everyone in the US should vote in an election. I don't want people that are completely uninformed about politics and the issues this country faces voting in this election. In ACORNs case, they're abusing the most vulnerable in our society... the bottom rung. Organizations like this should be outlawed.
