How many more months are left on Calculated Risk's crappy loan chart ? I'm guessing all the rest of those loans are going under as well. So the houses will be back to some affordable level by 2011 but no one will have any money to buy with and there will be no credit market. We will need real work for all the laid off paper pushers. The next Prez will have to bring back all the FDR style stuff to reinflate the world's largest hollowed out economy. As they say in Singapore "have a pleasant day".
