I agree most whole heartily with your sentiments..

When something like this happens that seems to be contrary to norm, I would like to find the cause and understand what is happening better. The fact that such a huge volume traded before the split must have some logical explanation. I never considered this to be a MM problem. Nor do I think that manipulation is happening.. It seemed to be a large supply of cheaply acquired stock.. which should now be drying up.

There has been no hint that the excellent fundamentals have changed, but there certainly was inexplicable behavior. These threads usually are able to enlighten.. Although speculating on cause can sometimes be misleading, it does push the grey cells a bit, and thats good.

regards
pm

ps..It might be helpful if someone was able to get the company to include a number for backlog, when they come out with the qtrly.

Stock was down yesterday due to fears of a poor Q1 performance. Some brokers who control large numbers of shares apparently bailed out. Other lemmings no doubt followed their lead.

Turns out they over reacted. My what a surprise. I'm confident Q1 will be just fine. Maybe a little lower than I earlier had hoped for, but still up at least 30% from last year, when you put both quarters at an equivalent tax rate. (Remember MSON paid no taxes last year, but will show taxes beginning this quarter). The current price does not reflect that growth rate. And I believe Q2 will show even better comparisons.

As reason overtakes panic today the stock should recover. I'd expect a close over $11 and we should be over $13 by the time earnings come out in early Nov. All IMHO of course.

Mary, You write...

Candlestick said: "You do the company and yourself a great disservice by
constantly talking about "manipulation"....you are scaring away any potential investor
who comes to this board to get information on MSON. If I came here for the first
time and all I saw were posts complaining about " manipulation" I would stay the
hell away......I didnt see anyone complaining about the so called "manipulation" on
the way up!"

I agree wholeheartedly with this statement. Long on MSON. (back to lurking).

I disagree completely! I think we are providing a SERVICE to prospective MSON investor! They should know what they are in for BEFORE they invest. This stock DOES NOT trade like MSFT or INTC. It is subject to 40% moves on no news! If you dont have a strong stomach, then beware! Caveat Emptor!!
