since this is the real estate crash thread....has real estate bottomed?

doesnt feel like it too me.

but how can it go down if govt is going to bail out?

i know of 15 houses that have pulled their listing because they antipate a bailout

sounds reasonable. A drive through Calif central valley will bring it home.....Salinas, Stockton, Mendota - ground zero for ag, ground zero for foreclosures.

handouts. Give it a +- 60% margin of errors.
