I'd love to rent, but I need to get rid of my POS house first, which is suddenly radioactive. This is all the fun stuff our leaders don't see while they are deciding how to spend our billions.

My wife has been waiting 7 years. She never thought she'd hear the day when I said that it was time to start looking and I really meant it.

The first shoe is foreclosures.
The next shoe is the stock market bust taking out buyers.
The following shoe is job losses that haven't happened in earnest in Silly Valley but are starting now.
