Hi Robert -

Steve Selengut has a great understanding of these markets... very contrarian and survivalist.

I'd sign up for his newsletter and read his book.

Value investor for dividends and sells to keep profits. In his game... any 30% you can walk home with is better then trying for the home run big swing... accumulative returns in doubles and triples.
