So much has been tried that hasn't worked, little is left. If the next palliative, no matter how big, doesn't work, then what?

Dow 7500, my guess for low, looks high now.

Well, we're certainly overdue for a rally, a recovery rally would be nice... I suspect no one would believe the rally and they'll sell into it instead, but I think if a rally happens, it may well mean the low is already in place...<g>
