Well, so long as you don't stand for elected office. If you do, expect to see it brought up <w>

I also agree. If you're on a team to get something done, you work on the goals for the future, not personal judgments on other team members.
The only way you walk out is if you value your judgments above the team goals AND above the judgement of whoever assembled the team in the first place - and that's a pretty big call. Walk out and you probably won't be invited back on that or other teams any time soon, while whoever you couldn't bear to work with is still there...
Maybe you discuss it with the chairman or whoever, but if they have any choice in the matter the chances are they've got the people they want or they wouldn't be there themselves.
