I did some initial buying today, but since I made some money on puts the last few weeks and have some cash to spare, I'm still keeping some protective insurance here just in case.
Yes, we definitely should watch history for some guidance, but the trouble is history rhymes more than repeats exactly.
County taxes are a huge problem here.

There was a recent article here comparing this to 'THE crash'. The crash mentioned was sometime in the 1800s. We can still target that... G* save us ;)
