You have to figure in the three day weekend here - Columbus Day. Washington is empty. Monday is a federal bank holiday. Markets open. Probably a good idea to shut them all early at 3:00 and not reopen until Tuesday.

Maybe if the government came out with a plan over the weekend which didn't include wooden arrows the investing public would get interested again.
