From the article"... According to the ANP's Web site, the discovery in the SEAL-T-462 block was made Monday. The information was posted on the site Wednesday.

Starfish holds a 30% stake in the block, while state-run energy giant Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR) maintains a 70% share. It was unclear which company is lead operator of the block, although Starfish was responsible for the well that yielded the find...."

The discovery well Ngoma-1, located about 350 Km from Luanda, was drilled in 1,421 meters of water to a total vertical depth of 3,383 metres, encountering an oil column of 127 meters in high permeability Miocene sands...."
