What exactly does clacking your beak mean, Terry?? That I am parroting Marxist philosophy?? I will acknowledge that when I went to college, many of the professors were very liberal. I am not, however. As I have said many times, my friends who ARE actually liberal would be rolling around on the floor laughing if you suggested that I was anything other than a capitalist elitist. My father is a true liberal. He will not buy stocks at all because someone will get hurt by losing money, and he might profit from the hurt of others. Don't you remember that almost everyone at SI, including me, is some sort of libertarian? Sex education actually does work, as countless objective studies have shown (I hope you are not getting your data from Rush Limbaugh)!!! Another irrational thing you said lately is about the Denny's lawsuit. Denny's defended themselves rigorously, as I recall. Companies don't really pay $154 million fines without making some attempt to defend themselves. Unfortunatley, the pattern of discrimination was so wide, happening in many states, and experienced by people who were credible, like police officers, attorneys, and out-of-uniform military personnel who happened to be travelling in mixed-race groups, that it was not difficult to prove widespread discrimination. Oh, well, I still really enjoy your poetry!!!! But if A is A only when you say it is, I have to wonder about how logical some other things might be. I think almost everyone who is interested wants to hear the C version of your life. I am a little confused, because I would like to hear the version which is true. Aside from the voting, that would probably be more relevant, don't you think?
