weekly dow rsi (13) is at an amazing 17.9 reading as of this weeks close, lowest in three decades of available data...for comparsion the 9/11 panic bottom was second lowest in the low 20s and the 87 crash was in the mid 20s....

and not to be outdone weekly spx rsi (13) is at 15! again lowest in thirty years of available data....

It is sure enough, and I hope not. We have crashed, and still
are crashing. It seems 2002 bottom could be a good support.
Just a note that under such extreme conditions of VIX=75
puts on expiration week can cause an additional snowball effect.
