Congress changes Bush's budgets, adds pork to it etc. Read the constitution.

The standing joke in DC during the Reagan era was all his budgets were DOA. That's why entitlements tripled then, dems

With what we have seen of the two candidates in the past 24 hours, we can certainly feel very proud, particularly if we view this as a victory for the American people.

The world citizenry who are also following the elections will certainly look at our our candidates' behavior as reminiscent of our past leaders.

And let us wait to see if Sarah Palin can rescue her boss' candidacy by displaying an iota of her intelligence and begin to talk about issues, if she knows of any.

PHILADELPHIA -- Democrat Barack Obama said today that he appreciated John McCain's attempts yesterday to soften the harsh and negative tone that has marked the past week of the presidential campaign, but said recent remarks by McCain's campaign manager showed that the Arizona senator "doesn't get it'' when it comes to the economic crisis.
