The Oregon based Bean, a real estate developer, was the CEO of Conwest Resources, the company which held Falcon after founder Chuck Holmes died from AIDS in 2000. The company was sold in 2004 but as 3 Media, continues to pay a note to the Holmes Foundation. "Mr. Bean does not own the company (Falcon)," an Obama spokesman told the NY tab.
