<Are you also against banking regulations? Traffic rules? Food and drug inspection? Building codes? Patent protection?>

Banking regulation - yes. Traffic rules - many of them. Food and drug inspection - yes [and execute and use as organ donors those who are fraudulent or negligent in their product descriptions]. Building codes - yes, other than how they affect adjacent and nearby people [sun blocking, foundation safety etc]. Patents are more difficult, coming into the category of copyright.

I did give some fine print: <other than the normal legal protection and enforcement of contracts and prosecution of theft and fraud?>
