finally the right idea but that it came waaaay too late.

My wife and I differed a bit on the TARP bailout plan because she said the people who couldn't get this right months ago aren't necessarily going to get it right now, which is very possible.

But at least we are finally doing something, unlike the first few years of the Depression when the policies were wrong or absent.

And oil hadn't even peaked in Ok, who was Saudi Arabia before Texas was before SA was. And China, India, Russia, and Brazil
weren't in competition with us.
